MISHAWAKA, Ind.- Great Lakes Christian College Women's Soccer hit the road and headed down to Bethel University to face a strong opponent. The Lady Crusaders stood strong in the first half only letting up one goal to the Pilots. With less than ten minutes in the first half remaining, Randi Fitzgerald tied the game up keeping the score 1-1 going into the second half.
The Pilots came out strong in the second half, and the Crusaders struggled to keep enough energy to match. Unfortunately this left the game ending 6-1 and gave our GLCC Women's
Soccer team their first loss of the season.
The Crusaders look to come back on top in their matchup against Andrews University on September 9th.
