Crusaders Surge Late to Defeat Michigan–Dearborn
Women's Basketball earned a hard-fought 82–77 victory over Michigan–Dearborn, using a huge fourth-quarter push to secure their second win of the season. The Crusaders came out strong with a 28-point opening quarter, but Dearborn battled back behind a dominant 29-point performance from Tamia Tounsel. Dalys McGuinnis led the Crusaders with 21 points, eight rebounds, and six assists, delivering clutch plays on both ends of the floor. MaKensie Mondy added 18 points while MyKenzie Kent was perfect from the field, scoring 14 points and grabbing seven boards in an efficient outing. Marin Abe provided a key spark from the perimeter, knocking down three threes to help maintain momentum. Strong team play, including 20 assists and 50.9% shooting, allowed the Crusaders to outlast Dearborn during the decisive final minutes. It was one of Women's Basketball's most complete and balanced performances of the season.
