LANSING, Mich. - Great Lakes Christian College Women's Basketball Team opened their season at home against Spring Arbor. The Crusaders were shorthanded with three players still in season with the Women's Soccer program so only six could dress for the first game of the season. The Cougars depth showed strong as 16 different players played at least thirteen minutes. The Cougars would build a large lead at the half 41-14 and the Cougars never looked back as they would cruise to a 81-38 victory.
Inside the Box Score:

- GLCC shot just 27 percent from the floor while SAU shot 43%
- The Crusaders were out rebounded 50-20 as Cougars grabbed 27 offensive rebounds/
