ELGIN, Ill. - Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball still seeks its first win of 2022 after a 62-39 loss at Judson University on Wednesday.
GLCC led after the first quarter, 13-12, but Judson clamped down in the second, taking a double-digit lead into halftime.
Judson continued to build its lead in the second, outscoring Great Lakes in both the third and fourth quarters en route to a comfortable win.
Allazae Lloyd led GLCC with 21 points and nine rebounds. As a team, Great Lakes shot only 21/65 (21.%%) from the floor.
Judson dominated the glass, outrebounding GLCC 65-33. Sydney Novak led Judson with 17 points to go with her 11 rebounds. Ta'Mia Banks also picked up a double-double with 17 rebounds and 15 points. Jocelyn Mitchell grabbed 13 rebounds and Sydnie Wolf scored 12 points.
Great Lakes will visit Lincoln Christian on Saturday.
