ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball could not keep up with Concordia Ann Arbor on Wednesday, losing 102-36.
The game was tied at four early, but a 14-0 run by Concordia gave them the lead for good.
Leading 21-6 after one, Concordia scored 63 combined points during the next two quarters. Great Lakes scored in single digits in three quarters and Concordia cruised to a comfortable win.
Sakura Nakano led GLCC with 16 points. McKenna Dietsch paced CUAA's 14 scorers with 13 points. Concordia shot 38/68 (55.9%) from the floor while Great Lakes only managed 12/43 (27.9%).
GLCC will take on Welch College next at the Robert E. Picirilli Classic at Boyce College on January 6.
