HANCOCK, Mich. - Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball lost its fifth-straight game on Saturday, 82-32 to Finlandia.
Finlandia put the clamps on GLCC's offense in the first half, holding them to 10 points and building a 39-10 lead by halftime.
The second half proved to be more of the same as Finlandia continued to roll, outscoring Great Lakes 43-19 in the second en route to a 50-point win.
Randi Fitzgerald led GLCC with 12 points. Mystic Striker scored 10. Great Lakes shot 10-of-47 from the floor (21.3%) and two-of-16 (12.5%) from three.
Katie Lundeen racked up a double-double for Finlandia with 16 points and 10 rebounds. The hosts out-rebounded Great Lakes 53-46.
GLCC will have two weeks off before hosting Muskegon Community College on December 28th.
