NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball's losing streak stretched to three on Saturday with an 86-30 loss to Holy Cross College.
Holy Cross outscored GLCC 27-3 over an 11-minute span in the first half, opening up a commanding 32-7 lead en route to a 43-14 score at halftime.
The second half was more of the same, as Great Lakes scored only 16 points as they suffered their most lopsided loss of the season.
Great Lakes shot only 11/46 (23.9%) and 2/13 from three (15.4%). Mystic Striker scored 10 points
Jaliah Nailor led Holy Cross with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Sara White also had a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds.
GLCC has lost its last two games by a combined 86 points, including Wednesday's 62-32 loss to Miami Hamilton.
