Gary, IND.- Great Lakes Christian Men's soccer traveled to Gary Indiana on August 24th to face up against Indiana University northwest. It was a complete shootout but GLCC fell short in the end. The Crusaders jumped out to a 3-1 lead early on the Redhawks, but the home team found their footing and netted 4 more goals to take the lead over GLCC. After a high scoring first half GlCC trailed 5-4 and looked forward to a battle in the second half. In the second half IU Northwest came out strong with 3 consecutive goals. GLCC fought hard but couldn't recover from the run.
