Men's Basketball Rally Late To Beat Siena Heights
The Great Lakes Christian College Crusaders pulled out a 75–73 road victory over Siena Heights on Wednesday night in Adrian, Michigan. Trae Ruggles hit the game-winning basket with 1.7 seconds left, lifting the Crusaders past the Saints in a tightly contested matchup. Great Lakes Christian led 36–32 at halftime and held off Siena Heights despite the Saints outscoring them 41–39 in the second half. Savonn Campbell led the team with 21 points, while Ty’emier Moore added 20, and Ruggles finished with 16. The Crusaders shot 51% from the field and made 16 of 23 free throws, improving to 3–2 on the season with another NAIA win to their resume.
