Men's Basketball Bested by Kentucky Christian
Men's Basketball put together a steady offensive effort but came up short in a 77–62 road loss to Kentucky Christian on Saturday. The Crusaders shot an efficient 50 percent from the field, led by Teon Armstrong’s 14 points and seven rebounds. GLCC hung within reach early, scoring 27 first-half points, but Kentucky Christian’s perimeter shooting and second-half surge created separation. Bench contributions from DeMarkco Coakley and Dame Cochran helped keep the Crusaders competitive, combining for 17 points. Despite the balanced scoring, turnovers and KCU’s strong rebounding edge ultimately made the difference.
