Men's Basketball gets the win over Grace Christian University

 

Just like old times, the Great Lakes vs Grace rivalry never disappoints. With a sold out crowd the crusaders put on a show despite star guard Darien Banks coming off the bench. JoCorian Freeman the Grace transfer came out early with a crowd rocking dunk. That momentum lasted throughout the first half controlling the game all the way until halftime. Coming out of half Grace showed fight keeping it close but their shooting stuggles deemed to be the reason for their demise. Rasheed Dyson handed an early dagger with a 6-0 run of his own, two of those baskets being dunks. Despite late second half sparks from Bankeys Omari and Brayden Gable, it wasn't enough to pull out the victory. The Crusaders took the win with a score of 79-68.
