LANSING, Mich. - Great Lakes Christian College men's basketball showed their shooting prowess in a 129-59 win over Moody Bible Institute on Saturday.
GLCC took an early lead and built it throughout the game, making a team-record 30 three-pointers, led by Kylan Shipp, whose 10 threes were also a school mark.
Great Lakes led 61-24 at halftime and continued to pour it on in the second, racking up 68 points in the final 20 minutes en route to a win.
Shipp's 30 points led all scorers. Six different Great Lakes players scored in double digits as they shot 30/56 (53.6%) from beyond the arc and 47/85 from the floor (55.3%)
Bobby Kirpas scored 17 to lead Moody and Daquann Hayes scored 11.
Great Lakes will face NCCAA DII #8 Grace Christian University on the road on Tuesday.
