LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Great Lakes Christian College men's basketball continued its winning ways on Saturday, defeating Toccoa Falls 86-70 at the NCCAA Early Season Classic at Boyce College.
Great Lakes held a narrow lead at halftime, 40-38. In the second half, they turned up the pressure, outpacing Toccoa Falls 46-32 in the final 20 minutes, building a double-digit lead en route to their second consecutive win.
Isaiah Reed led all scorers with a season-high 20 points. Titus Lawrence recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds and Jaivon Felton scored 16. GLCC cleaned the glass throughout the game, outrebounding Toccoa Falls 42-27.
Kenny Colwell led Toccoa Falls wih 12 points.
Great Lakes will face Davenport on the road in an exhibition on Tuesday at 7:00.
