What Coach Says:
"It is always nice to grab a road win. Our guys have worked extremely hard this last week in practice, and it is nice to see them rewarded with the result. I thought our defense in the first half was really strong, but we really became complacent in the second half defensively. We must do a better job communicating and doing our work early in the possession. Overall though I think today was another positive step for us." On bench play, "I thought our bench was really good today. Josh Thompson provided huge spark, Jacob Cole was solid and gave us some nice scoring, Evan Anderson and IG played some really nice minutes at the big spot, and Mike Hill and Jordan Martinus were very steady and calming presence for us. This was the type of production we've been looking for from our bench." On Whitney Harris, "Whit is an extremely gifted offensive player. I thought he did a good job establishing himself today. He is such a mismatch problem. I was really happy to see him have a big night. I also loved seeing him be an absolute dude on the boards today."
