2019-2020: Mattews split time between the JV team and varsity teama in 2019-2020. He made seven appearances in varsity uniform. He scored his first point against Northwood University on November 13, 2019 and had career high 4 points in 12 minutes agaianst Moody Bible on January 28, 2020.
